Q. Why should I Pre-Order now?

A. The Pre-Order price is a temporary promotion, that includes Skalp Pattern Designer for free. This will change shortly after the release.

Q. Can I get a download or a test version already?

A. No, if you Pre-Order now you get a download link as soon as the product is available.

Q. Why should I pay for something I don't directly get?

A. The purchase amount will NOT be charged now. You will be charged only upondelivery, that is when the product is released for download.

Q. When will the product be released?

A. Release is expected may 28th 2014.

Q. If I Pre-Order the beta version, will I get the final version also?

A. Pre-Ordering this beta entitles you to all 1.x updates. The initial release will be available as beta only.

Q. Why beta and when final release?

A. We intend to make Skalp a truly great SketchUp plugin. To do this we need to make sure that the design fits your needs as close as possible. During the beta period we might choose to tweak or polish parts of the product implementation. Also, we intend to make the product as stable as possible, however we expect and are prepared to handle quick bugfix updates in the beginning. The beta provides us these upportunities. A. No we don't sell subscriptions, you get a permanent license.

A. Skalp only works on SketchUp 2014.

Q. Is there a Mac version?

A. There is a Windows and a Mac version. Skalp is developed on Mac

Q. Does Skalp works with SketchUp Make?

A. Yes, Skalp also works with SketchUp Make 2014!
